Tice was a four-year member of the women's lacrosse team at Goucher College (Maryland), primarily playing defense before switching to midfield for her senior season in which she tallied 10 goals and 10 assists. Tice was a three-time selection to the Landmark Conference Academic Honor Roll.

Tice also coaches at Lakeshore Lacrosse, assisting with practice plans and core lacrosse skills for youth girls.

Tice graduated from Goucher with a bachelor's degree in history and international relations in the spring of 2019.
