My passion to play lacrosse started at the age of 6. I played on my town's instructional team all the way to the senior division. I was known by coaches at a young age for being a coachable, and hard working player on and off the lacrosse field. Once I reached the 6th grade I started taking my lacrosse career seriously by putting in extra time on and off the field by doing this I was able to build a strong lacrosse IQ, and Strong attacking skills. I joined cross-country in the 6th grade to help my endurance when on the field and did very well with it placing 13th at the Whickem Park Invitational out of about 600 girls. In 9th grade I was asked by the bantam, junior, and senior youth teams to help coach, not only was I doing this but I was also reffing the girl's lacrosse games and making sure to explain each call to both teams to help them understand how to play the game safely. Currently, I am taking an Honors biology class, and make the Honor roll every quarter since 9th grade. My goal for the upcoming season is to help my team make it to the playoffs and get recognized by the CIAC.
