I started lacrosse when I was in 2nd grade. I played every position including goalie but settled on playing LSM/defense since 6th grade. In high school, I played both LSM and defense during my freshman and sophmore year. Both years in high school, I was the captain and won the coaches award for hard work and dedication. For my club travel team, I play only LSM. I use both hands confortably and I pride myself on scappy hard play on the field and love to win ground balls. My club coach says I have a high lacrosse IQ which helps me communicate to my teammates and helps them play better team defense. I was on the JV wrestling team which helped me work on my body position and foot speed for lacrosse. For my junior year, I will be taking honors english and honors business classes. I am interested in both business and chemistry and hope I can use both interests for my career. In addition to playing lacrosse, I am an avid fishing angler, skateboarding, and skiing. I am in the high school yo-yo club and the Asian American club. I was a youth camp counselor for 2 years the summer.
