Jud Hall

Jud Hall begins his first season with the Maroon and White in 2018, charged with the responsibility of the defensive side of the ball.

Hall moves across the Patriot League after three seasons at Colgate where he was charged with running the team’s defensive unit as well as responsibilities with the goalies. During his tenure, he oversaw a team that made it to the Patriot League quarterfinals a year ago and assisted in the development of Brandon Burke ’17, a Second-Team All-League selection between the pipes in 2017.

Prior to his time at Colgate, Hall spent four seasons as a volunteer assistant and director of player development at Ohio State, working under Myers’ brother, Nick. With the Buckeyes, Hall was responsible for the goalies, as well as man down, running the box and scout offense duties. Hall’s accolades while in Columbus include NCAA quarterfinal appearances in 2013 and 2015, a regular-season ECAC championship in 2014 and an ECAC Tournament championship in 2013.

Hall was a four-year standout at Ohio Wesleyan University, where he graduated with a Sociology & Anthropology degree in 2011. He was a team captain his final two seasons and made NCAA Tournament appearances in all four years. A North Coast Athletic Conference champion in 2010 and 2011, he was a First-Team All-NCAC selection in 2010 and an All-NCAC Honorable Mention in 2009.
