Rowland is 2021 graduate of Hamilton College where she played three sports (lacrosse, soccer, basketball).

Rowland brings coaching experience to the Diplomats as she previously served as the assistant lacrosse coach at her high school alma mater, Lincoln-Sudbury, and spent time leading the Central Lacrosse Club out of Massachusetts. She also held internships with the Faceoff Factory and Blue Sky Sports & Entertainment. Rowland graduated from Hamilton with a degree in public policy and a minor in music.
