Recruit Profile
Passionate about lacrosse, team player, hard working, coachable, multi-sport athlete, competitive, extremely positive, drive for excellence, strong lax IQ, intellectually curious, academically motivated.

I have been playing lacrosse for 10 years, it is my athletic passion. I have started on my Varsity lacrosse team since freshman year. I play attack, and my shot placement and finishing, feeding, and lacrosse IQ are the strongest aspects of my game. I am fully committed to this game, a hard worker, and very coachable. I am vocal on the field, and extremely driven. I play attack for my club team and midfield for my high school, and am happy to play anywhere I can be useful.

Here are my athletic honors from my sophomore and freshman seasons: First Team NJIGLL Independence Division 2019, First Team SEC Conference Liberty Division 2019, Essex County All Tournament Team 2019, Prep B 2019 All Prep Team, NAGLAX MVP 2019, NJ.com - NJ's top girls lacrosse sophomores, Honorable Mention - NJIGLL League 2018, NJ.com - NJ's top girls
lacrosse freshman.

Here are my statistics from my freshman and sophomore seasons:
2019 Statistics: 54 Goals, 38 Assists, 92 Points, 69 Face Offs Won, 22 Forced Turnovers, 30 Ground Balls
2018 Statistics: 21 Goals, 14 Assists, 35 Points, 1 Face Off Won, 13 Ground Balls

Outside of lacrosse, I love writing poetry, and hiking. I am the starting goalie on the Varsity Soccer team. I am the 11th Grade Representative for the club P.O.W.E.R (People on Women's Rights and Equality) and I am a member of the Outing Club and my schools Model Congress team. This year I am taking IB English, IB Modern World, IB Spanish, and IB Environment (Newark Academy does IB instead of AP). I took AP US History as a sophomore, and earned a 5 on my AP US History Exam. This past summer, I volunteered for 92 hours at Camp Hope, a summer camp run by the Arc of Essex for children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. For the last four summers, I have made this intensive volunteerism commitment. It is a perfect balance with my travel lacrosse schedule each summer. I have summited Mount Yale in Colorado, Mount Katahdin in Maine, I have backpacked the hardest mile on the Appalachian trial, and I backpacked the 55 Kilometer Laugavegur Trek in Iceland.

Academic honors I received for my poetry last year were: New England Young Writers' Conference 2019, Scholastic Art and Writing 2019 Silver Key Winner, Scholastic Art
