Kara Hogan, the owner and founder of Edge Lacrosse Training, is highly sought out by elite players throughout Maryland and the entire Nation. Kara founded Edge Lacrosse Training in early 2016 with a strong mission to have a positive impact on the next generation of lacrosse players. Kara has made a name for herself as one of the most trusted and requested coaches in the Baltimore area and beyond. Kara's ability to reach, relate to and inspire athletes separates her from most coaches in the game. From a technical standpoint, Kara is able to break down skills and teach them in a way that is easy to understand and implement. As a player, one of Kara's strengths was her outstanding lacrosse IQ and field sense. Now, Kara implements high-level IQ throughout all EdgeLT drills, creating a game-like feel and a one-of-a-kind training experience.
