Hi! My name's Kate McNamara and I play varsity lacrosse at Lane Tech in Chicago. I started playing club lacrosse in middle school and have loved it ever since. I also run varsity cross country where our team has won city championships both of my participating years! In my first high school lacrosse season (sophomore season due to the pandemic), we won the city championships and were undefeated (13-0) all regular season. I play midfield, although I am comfortable in all positions, and am able to dodge and finish using both hands. I am currently enrolled in 5 AP and 2 Honors courses and am equally as passionate about school as I am lacrosse.
