I started lacrosse in 4th grade and found an instant love for the sport. In 6th grade, I tried out to be a goalie surprising my coaches with my natural skills and fast hands. Sticking with it, I played summer ball every year and started private goalie lessons even attended lots of clinics.

My freshman year I was the starting varsity goalie, helping my team finish our season undefeated as well as winning city and placed 3rd in the state and even making all-district. My 2020 season was cut short due to COVID but making up for it this year. Now captian, I guided my team through another undefeated season and being 1st seed in the city and going to state again as well as making all-district for a second time. I not only work with my defense, but it's my job to guide and coach my team and put them where I feel is best for each player's skills on the field. I work alongside them to be the best we can together, always communicating and working together. With all the hard work we put into our practice I am happy to say we have the 1# defense in south Texas. I constantly work to improve my skills, even if that means traveling to attend the best goalie camps in the US. I have started coaching young goalies and even working with other teams to help teach up the up and coming players.

This year I was awarded the coaches award for being the on field leader the girls need. Helping on and off the field doing background work for my team and keeping the energy up.

I am a girl scout and currently working on my gold award the highest award for a girl scout. I always find time to help my community and volunteer at the women and children's shelter. As a veterinary assistant, I work at a veterinary Clinic where I learn new things every day and get hours for my vet med classes in school. I study animal and life science and plan to expand my knowledge into pre vet med to become a certified technician. In school, I'm a hard-working student with a mix of A's and B's.
