Recruit Profile
Fast. Coachable. Competitive. Gritty. Physical. Takeaway Defender. Committed to team success, outstanding work ethic.

Since I can remember, I've been drawn to sports. I was introduced to gymnastics at age two and then continued with competitive gymnastics from age five to fourteen. This included practicing 16 to 20 hours per week. During the last few years of competition, I made the regional championships and placed consistently in the top ten in my group/level at the state meet.

In seventh grade, I became interested in lacrosse after hearing a friend talk about the sport. I signed up for a clinic sponsored by my towns recreation sports league. That day, I knew I had found my new sport.

One of the things that I love most about lacrosse is the team aspect. I like when everyone is working together and getting close as teammates both on and off the field. I feel that in that way, everyone on the team is equally important. I also thrive on competition and the chance to compete against other talented teams.

I feel like I can be counted on to be a leader on a team. I feel that it is important to be positive, motivate others and set the example. I take every correction from my coaches into account when I get feedback and work to improve myself and encourage other teammates.

I believe that my speed and hustle make me stand out as a player. I am gritty and put in the work during practice and games. I always give 100%.

Through lacrosse, I have learned what a true sense of team is to me. I've also learned that to become better at something, you need to give your all every day, whether it is a game or practice. You always have to focus on improvement. I feel there is always something new to learn.

My academic goals in high school are to remain on the Principals Honor Roll, to become a member of the National Honor Society and take 1or 2 Advanced Placement classes each year. In terms of a college major, I am interested in business, marketing, entrepreneurship and the sciences.
