Starting in first grade, I spent 8 years playing lacrosse for my town's youth program (GYL). Inspired by all of my coaches through that journey, I have spent the past few years volunteering as a GYL coach in order to inspire all of the future girls of lacrosse. Last spring, I was a starting varsity defender for Greenwich High School, a top ranked team in Connecticut. I am also a defender on Sound Lacrosse 2023. Coming out of last fall's season (fall 2020), my club team was ranked 17th in the nation by US Club Lacrosse. I have a high lax IQ, and am able to apply my weighted field sense to my plays on defense. In addition to lacrosse, I have played JV soccer for the past 2 years and am a member of the prestigious symphony band at my school. In addition to these extracurriculars, I am very focused on academics. Currently, I am taking a very rigorous course load with all honors/AP classes. I am also a member of Spanish National Honor Society.
