Unselfish but aggressive team player w quick hands who uses both hands equally -- extremely coachable; student of the game; high lax IQ -- key contributor who leads by example
I have love and respect for the game; constantly aiming to learn, improve, and work hard to raise my contribution to my teams - each year since first hitting lax field in fourth grade. Consistently strive to improve my game off the field with a disciplined work ethic of hitting the wall and the weights 6+ days/wk. Also a year round athlete: box lacrosse, basketball, flag football.
I focus on being a good teammate - looking to feed; or create space and opportunities with off-ball positioning, picks & cuts. Im privileged to have led our HS team in assists, goals, points and offensive groundballs as a sophomore as we took a run at the State title in our last full spring season. Also led team in assists and points as a junior for first 3 of our 4 game shortened season this past spring. Varsity starter as Fr/So/Jr. - Team co-capt as Jr.
Very involved in the lacrosse community, having spent each fall and spring weekend of last 5 years (except C-19 spring) as youth lacrosse coach/AYL S.T.A.R.s volunteer and 2 years US Lacrosse certified official; also a US Lacrosse ambassador (Learn to Play coach) and a top fundraiser for US Lacrosses Wall Ball Challenge (benefits First Stick) program. Helping others and giving back is important to me - Young Mens Service League (president), Riverwood Community Service Club, Special Pops Tennis, Feeding the Homeless Project, Must Ministries, Keep North Fulton Beautiful, Riverwood Runs for a Reason
