Duncan graduated from Tennessee Wesleyan University in 2017 with a degree in Exercise Science and was a three-year member of the women's lacrosse team. During her Lady Bulldogs career, Duncan was named to the Appalachian Athletic Conference's (AAC) All-Conference Second Team in 2015 and All-Conference First Team as a goalie in 2017. Duncan was part of two conference championship-winning teams in 2015 and 2017 along with a runner-up finish in the 2016 AAC Tournament.

The Baltimore, MD native returns to TWU after serving as the goalie coach at Knoxville Catholic High School in Knoxville, TN and a Personal Trainer at Blount Memorial Wellness Center in Alcoa, TN.

Duncan, formerly known as Bilz, got married to her husband Cody in August of 2020 and currently resides in Athens.
