Dynamic player with an incredible Lax IQ, shot variation, and ability to finish with both hands. Coachable, team player and an ever-present positive attitude. Truly dedicated lacrosse player!
I started playing lacrosse in 1st grade back in Pennsylvania. Though I moved to South Carolina, I still travel up north to play for the Yellow Jackets South.
I represented Team Carolina at the National Lacrosse Classic in 2018 and 2019 and represented Team Long Island at the Brine All American games in 2019. I played JV lacrosse as an 8th grader and was 1 of only 2 freshman Varsity lacrosse players. Though our 2020 season was cut short, I was a leading scorer and 1st in ground balls (2020 shortened season: 16 goals, 5 assists, 20
points, 16 ground balls).
During my 2021 sophomore season, I was a Varsity Captain and top scorer (55 goals, 10 assists, 65 points, 26 ground balls). I was also honored to be selected by SCHSLCA for First Team All State & Attacker of the Year.
During my 2022 junior season, I was a Varsity Captain and top scorer (70 goals, 19 assists, 89 points, 28 ground balls). I was also honored to receive awards for SCHSLCA for First Team All State, Attacker of the Year, US Lacrosse All American, and SC Association of Womans Sports 5A Player of the Year.
For the Yellow Jackets South, I was among the top scorers during a shortened 2020 season with 23 goals and a shot percentage of over 90% (combined Summer & Fall).
As a student athlete at Wando HS, I have a 4.82 GPA and am a member of the National Honors Society, AP Academy and National Beta Club. I also participate in our Chocolate Milk student club, tutor in both math & English, and have volunteered coaching youth lacrosse for our recreation department.

Kelsey is a very athletic midfielder that has a tireless drive to be the best. She can get to her spots on the field and score when she wants. Her offseason dedication to her game has paid huge dividends and allowed her to compete amongst the top players.

Kelsey is tall, physically solid, and a true midfielder. She is a scoring-threat based on her size and speed. She has excellent shot variation and can hit the net from all areas. She also plays aggressive defense and has the ability to win 50/50 balls due to her power.
