I started playing lacrosse in middle school as an attack but did not feel it was the position for me. It was not until halfway through my freshman season that my team needed a goalie and I stepped in to help out. Ever since that day I have been driven to improve my skills and become better. I am extremely coachable and hard working in anything I do. I joined my club team at Mass Elite once I knew I needed to play at a more competitive level my junior year. I have loved everyone I have met within the lacrosse community and I want to continue to be apart of a team and compete at a high level in college. I try to improve as a goalie any chance I get and believe it is not only important to be in the right mindset but to work hard on my weaknesses. I have improved academically as well, throughout my high school career and I am compassionate on taking the pre animal science path in college to be a veterinarian one day. I struggled as an underclassmen but eventually pushed myself to take AP Psych and AP Language my junior year. Even though it was a tough year, I received a 4 on both AP exams. I continue to push myself each day and I am taking AP Environmental science and AP Literature this year. I balance school, lacrosse, hockey, and my job to my best abilities and hope to improve in anything I put my mind to.
