Hard working, determined, strong feeder, great vision with a strong attack to the goal. I am dedicated team player and very strong with both hands.
I started playing lacrosse when I was 11 on my township recreation team. I was named most valuable player 3 consecutive years leading team in scoring and assists and selected to the NJ Shore Conference All Stars my final year. During that time I began training at the All Star Sports Academy with my personal trainer Brian Blue.
In spring of 2018 I was recruited by Chris Raichel to play with T-3 Shore where I had 18 goals and lead the team in assists with 19. In the summer of 2018 I tried out for All Lax Select with Alex Marino and Megan Douty and decided to move to their program because of their reputations and outstanding achievements.
In 2019 with All Lax Select that summer I had 39 goals (3rd) and 26 assists (1st). Also that fall traveled to Ireland to play internationally
In 2020, I was selected to the Toms River North varsity team as a freshman. We did not have a season because of the covid-19 pandemic and that summer with All Lax Select we only played local games and scrimmages.
I am consistently training several times a week with my coaches on my lacrosse skills, speed, strength and agility. I am an aggressive player, quick and strong with both hands. I can play many positions, yet I am strongest at low attack. In high school, I have made high honor roll every semester and taking all honor classes. I volunteer with Jetty to raise money for less fortunate families. I love to ski and surf as much as I can.
2021 Season at Toms River North HS, I led my team in scoring and assists as a sophomore ending the season with 54 goals (1st) 35 assists (1st) and 89 points (1st) (nj.com) I was so honored to be named Top 75 sophomores in NJ (May- NJ.com) Player of the Week (May-app.com). I was Named top statewide assist players of 2021 (June 2021- nj.com) Selected All Shore Conference First Team Player (June 2021- app.com) Selected Final statewide points leaders in 2021 (6/2021. nj.com)
2021 with All Lax summer season I had 21 goals (3rd) and 16 assists (1st)

I've had the pleasure of coaching Kristen the past two years on our Varsity Lacrosse team where she has proved to be an exceptional player and with an incredible work ethic. Kristen mainly plays low attack for us, but is always willing to play midfield or defense if the team needs that. She is a smart player with an excellent sense of the game. She is a leader for us both on and off the field and is well liked by her teachers and peers. In only one season Kristen has scored 54 goals and has had 35 assists, this is especially impressive as these were during her sophomore season. Still, the best trait attributed to Kristen is her drive to improve her game. She is constantly attending clinics, outside practices, and viewing higher level games; her dedication to this sport is impressive. To say the least, we are looking forward to two more seasons with her.
