I started playing lacrosse at 12. I was a starting midfield player and one of the leading scorers on my HS Junior Varsity team as an 8th grader. I was the leading scorer at the midfield position on my 14U (8th grade) club lacrosse team. In addition, I was recognized as a "game changer" and a "standout player" in the defense position by many of the club coaches. In addition to lacrosse I've played several other sports throughout my youth but actively play basketball when not playing lacrosse. I've played in the AAU basketball circuit for the past 4 years. As with lacrosse, I am quick on my feet and am not afraid to be aggressive on defense. My IQ for both sports is high because I am coachable and not afraid to ask questions. As a fan of continuous learning, I'm enrolled in honors classes at Eden Prairie High School where I'm involved in Key Club and Interact Club which are two major volunteer clubs. Plans are to join DECA my Sophomore year. I have volunteered several times at Feed My Starving Children and have been very involved with the volunteering opportunities as part of my sports team programs.
