Lauren Bennett enters her seventh season as the Head Coach of the Womens Lacrosse team.

Bennett was named the first ever coach at Keiser University in May of 2016. It took the Seahawks just two seasons to advance to the NAIA National Tournament.

Guided the Seahawks to a 13-18 record during her two seasons in charge, including one appearance in the NAIA National Tournament
Picked up the schools first win on March, 24, 2017, on the road at Asbury College, by a score of 11-10
Coached 13 AII All-Conference players, including six first team All-Conference players, and three NAIA All-Americans
In year two, the Seahawks cracked the NAIA Coaches Poll for a first time on Feb. 27 with a ranking of No. 9

2018
Named the NAIA National Coach of the Year
Coached Keiser to a 12-5 overall record and a spot in the NAIA National Tournament
Led the squad to their first home victory on March, 5, 2018, against Barton by a final of 16-9
Broke into the NAIA Coaches Poll for the first time in program history on Feb. 27 with a ranking of No. 9 and climbed as high as fourth
Aided in eight players earning All-Conference honors including five on the first team
Coached two players to the NAIA All-American team

2017
Coached five players to All-Conference awards including one to the NAIA All-American squad
Led the inaugural team to a 1-13 record with a roster of 18 players
The Seahawks led the nation in saves per game with 11.71. Mary Reich was fifth in the country with 10.14 saves per game
Keiser was fourth in the NAIA in total saves with 164, while Reich was seventh with 142

Pre-Keiser
Prior to Keiser, Bennett spent three seasons as the Assistant Coach at Florida Southern College. In her three years as an assistant, she helped lead Florida Southern to their first NCAA Division II National Championship in 2016. She also aided in winning two SSC Regular Season Championships and one Tournament Championship.
