LeighAnn (Lee) Stauffer enters her first season as an assistant coach and recruiting coordinator at GW in 2021.

Stauffer's coaching career began at Edinboro University of Pennsylvania where she was the graduate assistant during the 2017-18 season, later being named head coach in August of 2018.

Stauffer previously worked as a coach for the Relentless Hustle Elite Lacrosse Club and was an official for the Rochester Board of Women's Lacrosse Officials.

Stauffer played for St. Bonaventure from 2013-17. She was a two-time Second Team All-Atlantic 10 honoree. In 2017, she was named Best Senior Female Athlete at St. Bonaventure. She ranks in the top twenty in career scoring with 95 goals and 20 assists. In 2015, Stauffer finished with a team-high 30 goals.

Stauffer earned her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and Sociology in May of 2017 and holds Masters in Education and Educational Psychology. She is a licensed school psychologist in the state of Pennsylvania. In her hometown of Rochester, New York, Stauffer attended Rush-Henrietta High school where she played lacrosse and basketball.
