Lindsay is a Howard County native, graduated from Glenelg High School in 2002. A 3-sport (soccer, basketball, lacrosse) varsity player, she was named GHS Female Athlete of the Year and was selected All-County in both soccer and lacrosse. She went on to play at Boston University (DI) where she was a 4 year starter, 2x IWLCA All American, 4x IWLCA North Region All American, 4x America East All Conference and graduated as the All Time Leading Goal Scorer. After graduating from Boston University, Lindsay continued her love for lacrosse and began coaching at James Madison University (DI). She coached the Dukes from 2006-2009 then moved onto George Washington University (DI) from 2009-2010 and become the Associate Head Coach at Virginia Tech from 2010-2013.

In 2013 Lindsay headed back to Maryland to work with her former team, Team USA, as the National Teams Manager at US Lacrosse. After a year with the National Teams, the Assistant Athletic Director position opened at Garrison Forest giving her an opportunity to get back into coaching as the Varsity Lacrosse Coach. Garrison Forest just completed their best season in almost 15 years. Ending the season ranked in the Top 10 for the Baltimore Sun and making it to the IAAM Quarterfinals.

Lindsay lives in Catonsville with her husband Matt and two daughters Lewis and Weston (yes girls with boy names).

Sports teach you so much more than just winning and losing. It teaches you teamwork, discipline, integrity and most of all humility.
