I started playing lacrosse when I was in third grade and I instantly fell in love with it. During 3rd/4th grade I played defense and enjoyed the position but knew something was missing. When I got to 5th grade, I learned that I could play goalie so I decided to give it a try. As a 7th grader, I was the only one from my grade who was asked to play on the high school JV team, and at the end of the season I was placed on the varsity section roster and played in multiple games. Since then, I have been on my HS varsity team. I am very comfortable playing outside the crease. I especially love interceptions and playing as an extra defender whenever needed. I take great pride in my hand speed and my eye hand coordination. My save percentage is approximately 67%. Along with playing lacrosse for my HS varsity team, I play club lacrosse with True lacrosse. I am on the True Minnesota 16u State team, True National 2022, and True Minnesota Premier High school team. Playing for True has been very impactful. I am continuously working with my coaches on developing my skills as a goalie, being a team player and a overall better lacrosse player. My club coaches have taught me how to see the field and increased my defensive knowledge and improved my lacrosse IQ. When I am not playing lacrosse, I run for my HS varsity cross country team. In 8th grade, I had the opportunity to run at our end of the season state meet. Also during my 8th grade year, I ran HS varsity track . In all 3 of these sports, I lettered while in middle school. In high school, I take both A.P and honors classes and have a G.P.A of 4.0. P. Lastly, ouside of sports I am involved in H.O.S.A and Faith Club.
