I am a lock down lacrosse defender, multi-sport varsity athlete (lacrosse/football), National Honors Society Member, with a weighted GPA of 3.90 from the class of 2022. I am an All Conference varsity close defenseman at Irondale High School in the great state of Minnesota!
During the 2021 varsity regular lacrosse season, I had the following stats: 3 assists, 1 goal, and 20 forced turnovers in 13 games. I was awarded/named to the 2021 All Conference Team (Defense) - MN Suburban East Conference. I was named to the MNSHSL section 4 All Section (defense)- First Team.
I was introduced to the sport of lacrosse by my 3rd grade youth football RB coach in Natick, Massachusetts. In the 5th grade, I began to get serious about lacrosse and attended the Army Lacrosse Summer Camp. During the camp, one of the coaches let me borrow a d-pole and I was hooked. I absolutely love the feeling of showing up attack-men by picking off passes or coming from behind and delivering a crushing trail check to save a goal.
Now, more than 8 seasons of lacrosse experience later, I have played for teams in MA, North Dakota, and Minnesota. I made the U-16 club team (Grand Cities - Lacrosse) in ND as a 7th grader and moved up to U-18 as an 8th grader. My team made it to the ND/SD state championship finals all 3 seasons and won twice. In 2019, after moving to MN, I was selected as a starting defensive player on the MN Loons Select 2022 Gold team.

I am a multi-sport high school athlete: Varsity lacrosse player - close defense / LSM since freshman year, and a Co-Captain varsity football player - running back (H-Back) in a triple option offense.

Lucas is an aggressive team player. He finds himself on the ball and moves great in transition. His strength and quickness allows him to get separation quickly. His stick checks make him a turnover machine. Lucas is coachable and strives to be better everyday.

Lucas is a smart defender who uses his speed and technique to effectively impact games both on and off of the ball. He can be very dangerous in transition. He is smart player who plays a clean game. A great kid who loves lacrosse.
Merek Regan
Lucas is an efficient defender both on and off of the ball. He plays with his feet first, while still having the ability to land effective stick checks. Lucas keeps his stick in passing lanes off-ball and is able to cause turnovers and transition in doing so.
