Lucy Darlington joined the Muhlenberg women's lacrosse coaching staff for the 2020-21 school year.

Darlington is a 2018 graduate of Wagner College, where she was a goalie for four years. In her senior season, she started all 20 games, helping lead Wagner to a school-record 14 wins, the Northeast Conference championship and an NCAA Tournament first-round win. Darlington ranked 20th in Division I with a 10.05 goals-against average and was selected to play in the Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Association Senior All-Star Game.

Darlington, who played scholastically at Notre Dame Preparatory School in a highly competitive lacrosse area, has extensive coaching experience. She was a coach for Harlem Lacrosse in Baltimore, coaching and mentoring students at Commodore John Rodgers Elementary/Middle School, a goalie instructor at Skywalkers Lacrosse Club in Baltimore, and director of youth programming and head goalie instructor at Building Blocks Lacrosse in Florham Park, N.J., where she also served as head coach to the 2027 Youth Team.
