Lydia is a pleasure to coach. She is someone who loves the game of lacrosse and has the best competitive attitude. She has impressive speed in the midfield and really utilizes that speed when re-defending to get that caused turnover to them push the fast break. She is an all out hustle player, any coaches dream of a work horse. Her aggressive and smart defensive skills allow her to get those interceptions and complete successful double teams.
