Lacrosse has been a very important part of my life ever since I was a little girl. Growing up I dreamed about always being a team player and continuing my lacrosse career in college.When I got to high school I had the opportunity to play as a freshman on varsity. The past couple of seasons we've made it to the playoffs and we were named Conference Champs this year. Unfortunately, this past season I was out due to a foot injury but that didn't stop me. I continued to stay positive and encourage my teammates throughout the season. In addition to lacrosse, I also play varsity volleyball in the fall. I've played travel lacrosse since elementary school and I now play with Team Elevate. I am a hard worker on and off the field and I'm very involved in my community. I started a Kiwanis club for my school providing aid to children in need all over the world. In the classroom I strive for greatness and work very well with my classmates. I am an honor role student and a member of the National Technical Honor Society and Tri-M Music Honor Society. As for my love for music, I've been singing and playing the piano ever since I can remember. I've had the honor to preform at Carnige Hall and Radio City Music Hall with the Metropolitan Youth Orchestra.
I believe very strongly in the idea of teamwork and I play for the love of the game. Being out on the field with my teammates, training and playing hard is a great feeling. Every time I step out onto the field I give it one hundred and ten percent and nothing less. Lacrosse will always have a special place in my heart.
