Hi, My name is Maddie Weybrecht and I play for Legacy 2023 blue and Bayport Blue Point High School. I made varsity as a 9th grader but because of covid we weren’t able to play. I was able to secure a starting spot for my 10 grade year! We just recently won the Long Island championship which was so exciting! I play defense and specialize in playing our rover/backer. In order to do this I need to be smart and focused. I am a magnet for ground balls, see the field, and play aggressively. I am a high honor roll student and bring my smarts to the field. I am involved in community service clubs and love helping out with our youth lacrosse program! I l enjoy spending time with my teammates and always respect my coaches.
