Madisyn is a smart, tough, feisty defender that is super consistent. She is engaged in every play, aware of what offenses are trying to do and is able to disrupt and cause chaos to most attacking units. She communicates clearly to her defense and can handle the ball coming out of the defensive end to ignite a strong offensive transition. Madisyn is an awesome teammate and extremely coachable.

Madisyn has been one of our starting defenders for both the nationally ranked Ultimate CC 2024 Blue team and Ultimate Elite 2024 team. I have one word to describe Madisyn: Reliable. She is my team's anchor. She is the quick outlet for our goalies, guards the low attacker tightly, is her teammates quick slide, and reads the offensive plays so well. I trust Madisyn in any defensive scenario, and I trust her to possess the ball during transitions. She is coachable, patient, tough, and gritty against any attacker. Any coach/team would be extremely lucky to have such a dependable, fast, and experienced defender like Madisyn Conroy.
