From the first time I picked up a lacrosse stick I loved everything about the game. I learned to play defense and eventually learned every position on the field, before settling in as a mid-fielder during my three years of travel lacrosse. Prior to my freshman year the coaches asked if I would consider playing defense and I played defense for my high school Varsity team and for my club team. In addition to lacrosse I play field hockey in the fall and I run indoor track in the winter. I volunteer with Unified Sports and I work as a camp counselor and baby-sitter in the summers.
