Maya has worked to become a "backbone" player in our defense. She is extremely vocal, has tremendous defensive position on and off ball, and is always smart with the ball in transition. Maya is a passionate, driven, and selfless player who makes everyone around her better.

Maya is one of the smartest players I've coached. She has great game sense and superb stick skills. Maya is always focused and gives her all.
