I have had the pleasure of coaching Maya for two seasons. She is a constant student of the game and a team player. She is willing to play where the team needs her and selflessly takes on any role asked. Maya has great field IQ and competitive stick skills which is an asset to her team. She is smart and instinctive on the defensive end with great anticipation skills - and can also confidently move the ball through transition to be effective on the attacking end of the field. Maya earns the respect of her coaches and teammates by working hard both on and off the lacrosse field.
