I started playing lacrosse and field hockey at age 8 and am currently a junior at Greenwich High School in CT. I play defense on Varsity field hockey. In the 2019 season, I played JV field hockey, where I also served as captain. Along with being pulled up the Varsity Field hockey for the postseason (2019). I played both freshman and JV lacrosse during my freshman year totaling 20 games with over 25 caused turnovers and received the Coaches Choice Award. I am comfortable using both lefty and righty during a game and pride myself on my man-to-man defense along with zone. I was relied on both during the freshman season and fall and summer club season to receive goalie clears and/or transition the ball up the field using my speed or with strong and accurate passes. I normally play low defense but I also sometimes play high or even switch to midfield if that is necessary. I also can dodge well and be on the attacking end of the field (I have scored 6 goals). I took Honors Chemistry and advanced math in my sophomore year. I am currently taking Honors History, English, and Physics along with advanced Precalc. During my sophomore year was on the High Honor Roll all year and received a Social Studies Award. I started playing Gold Coast Lacrosse during the 2019 summer and will continue to play with them. We won our field hockey division and just wrapped up quarter 1. I am happy to say I achieved my highest GPA ever, a 4.45.
