Growing up, I didn't play many sports and mostly focused on martial arts which I did for about 7 years until I earned my black belt in Aikido, but I've always had a passion for sports/athletics. Once I tried lacrosse I knew I'd want to do it until I was the best I could possibly be. I first played lacrosse my freshman year of highschool, picking my stick up for the first time only a month or so before trying out for my highschool team. This was also a month or so before I was cut from tryouts and I thought my lacrosse dreams were over. I cried a lot, but knew ultimately it didn't matter because I was still going to do my best to try out again and practice on my own. I made varsity my junior year and was a starter by the end of the season. I attribute most of my success to my serious work ethic and how I consistently practice and work out extra every week. I am comfortable dodging and shooting with both hands and am confident with my speed and athleticism. In school, I'm in multiple AP classes and am recognized as an AP Scholar by College Board for my scores on AP tests in the past. Overall I'm an ambitious and disciplined player with a great work ethic.
