To Whom It May Concern: It is my pleasure to recommend Michael Ann Cryne (Mac), who is an outstanding defensive player on our Lady Blue Crab 2024 club team. Mac’s defensive IQ helps her track both girl and ball, communicate with her teammates, and work hard in transitions. Mac can implement what is being asked of her and is always willing to learn both sides of the field. With her determination of boxing out during 8 meters, we placed her on the circle for her scrappiness to help win draws. She is dedicated to both the team and her willingness to always improve and move forward which is exciting to see in a young player. Not only is she a well-rounded player but she is also an essential team leader who her teammates look up to. Coaching Mac during the fall I have seen her grow, work hard, lead, and overcome, to become such a valuable, standout player not only on our club team, but in life.
