I began playing lacrosse when I was about 7 years old in Amherst Mass, to stay in shape and keep myself busy while hockey was not in progress. My father had played in high school at Berkshire and was a captain after only a year of playing and almost played at Hobart but decided to stick with academics. I then played in Wolfeboro New Hampshire for two years afterward and then dropped lacrosse when I was about 11. When I moved to Florida I had thought about getting back into the game but it was not until I was in 8th grade and I transferred to a boarding school in GA where I found that lacrosse was very important to me. I was mainly an attack because of my size and weight at the time but I soon realized that as an 8th grader I would have little to no playing time. I switched to FOGO during preseason my freshman year and started the second game of the season. When I finished my freshman year I decided that I wanted to be more involved with the offense so I worked my tail off to have one of the hardest shots on the team and to understand the game better than anyone. My Junior year I was a FMID and played crease where I was a feeder and caused slides to let my friend Chase Kauffman have a step down rip where he ended up getting over 100 points in that season. Over this past summer I knew I possed more of an offensive threat then my coach realized so I played only Midfield and attack where I had the most goals on my club team and landed a spot on LB3 Thunders All-Star team. On top of that playing with the All-Star team I had the most points and was one of three players on my team who made the hotbeds all-star team. I am hoping to play at the next level and will give it my all to any team I end of playing for.
