I began competing, athletically, at a young age. Prior to lacrosse, I played organized basketball, softball, cross country, flag football and trained and competed in mixed martial arts (with an emphasis on jujitsu - earning a red belt). Although my love for lacrosse knows no boundaries, my education is my primary focus. I have a 3.8 gpa and am an active member of the Catholic Athletes for Christ at Notre Dame High School in Lawrenceville, NJ. In my free time, I volunteer at a local animal shelter, Zanis Furry Friends, my perish, Nativity of Our Lord, act as an assistant coach for my younger sister's lacrosse team and attend numerous Notre Dame High School sporting events, to root for my friends as they compete. I started playing lacrosse in the 5th grade and immediately fell in love with the sport. Mid field has been my primary position for my club team and attack for my varsity high school school team. I was fortunate enough to be selected as a captain of my middle school team in Millstone, NJ in 2021. Additionally, I train six days a week; focusing on strength, conditioning and agility. These trainings are with Team 91, Centercourt, Notre Dame and weight and skills routines at home.
During my time playing lacrosse, I have been described as coachable, and recognized for my team first mentality. As a player, specifically a mid fielder, I believe that both offense and defense are of equal importance to a teams overall success. I pride myself on being a complete player and student of the game. To conclude, I am firmly committed to enhancing my skills on the lacrosse field, furthering my education and being a positive contributor to society.
