Picked up my first stick at the age of five, and grew up in Columbus, OH where I was a 4x First Team All State selection, 2x Captain at Hilliard Darby HS, and was a member of the Vail Shootout championship Team Ohio my Senior year. Started all four years at Wheeling Jesuit University, where I was also a 2x Captain. Continued playing after college with Columbus Lacrosse Club, Pittsburgh Lacrosse club, and a number of other field and box club teams, and most recently suited up in my 31st year of playing for Team PLG (field lacrosse) out of Michigan, and the Mooncrest Munitionz (box lacrosse) out of Pittsburgh. I started coaching at 16 years old, and officiating at 17. I have worked with youth programs from 6U all the way up through NCAA DIII, when I was the Head Coach at La Roche College. I currently am the Director of Player Development with the Pittsburgh 79ers Lacrosse Club (youth), Trinity Area HS Head Coach, and Peters Township 14U Head Coach.

I am USL Certified Level 2, with Level 3 pending. I approach the individual or small group work with a base structure to start out, and as I am able to assess strengths and weaknesses, the lessons will become tailored to not just address weaknesses, but really leverage the athletes strengths to find the game that suits them.
