Molly is an extremely determined, driven, and talented lacrosse player and athlete. She is constantly analyzing her game to strengthen areas that she feel she can improve. She has excellent stickwork and a strong shot with both hands, and is able to use her body and aggressiveness well while dodging. While she is already one of the more elite players in the area, I am excited to see how she continues to develop and grow as a player over the next couple of years leading up to college.

I've worked with Molly over the past year on her physical development from a strength and speed perspective both individually and in the club setting and there is no one who works harder. Whether its early mornings, late nights or after games, Molly never misses a training session and is always looking to do more. As I've worked with her I see someone who is determined to maximize their potential and will do anything asked of her to achieve her goals. She is a great person, amazing competitor and someone who will out work her competition in all facets.

Molly is one of the most talented and hardworking athletes I have ever coached. Molly has great stick skills on both hands, and quick, agile footwork that makes her a great offensive threat. She is a very versatile attacker, able to dodge, feed, and score under pressure. Yet, her impact on the field extends so much further than the basics. She has excellent Lacrosse IQ and vision of the field, allowing her to execute key plays in various moments of a game. She is a team player; she never hesitates to assist her teammates that are in great position, cut to create space for a teammate to drive, or pick to get her teammates open in front of cage. What I am most impressed with is her work ethic and determination. She constantly works on improving her conditioning, speed and Lacrosse skill every day to make her college aspirations a reality. She is a dedicated and tenacious individual and has been truly a pleasure to coach.

Molly is an exceptional pupil. She is highly determined, goal driven, and has the ability to work efficiently with both hands. Her athleticism helps with dodging approach and the ability to get in and out of quick dodging footwork, beating defenders regularly. She can shoot with great power both lefty and righty. Her communication skills are excellent and her aggressiveness is exactly what you want to see from a strong dodger who is willing to go through contact in order to score a goal or to draw a double and move the ball on to an open teammate. Molly has been a great student of the game and continues to grow both physically with athleticism and mentally with know-how.
