3x State Champion HS Girls Coach, 2017 Cincinnati Enquirer Girls Lacrosse Ohio Coach of the Year, Division 1 former Collegiate Coach, Head Coach Under Armour All American Southwest Highlight Team

I started playing Girls lacrosse in the 6th grade in the San Francisco Bay Area, playing on the first girls team in the area. I was a member of the Cal Elite Gold Team (now known as Tenacity LAX) and attended Carondelet High School. While at Carondelet, I was a 3 sport Varsity athlete all 4 years in High School and received numerous awards for all 3 sports. While in attendance at Carondelet, she received the following awards: First Team All-League in 2004, 2005, 2006, and 2007Team Defensive Player of the Year in 2004, 2005, 2006, and 2007 Captain in 2006 and 2007 played as a member of the USA California team in Japan, playing in the International Friendship Games. I went on to play several years of Division 1 lacrosse and then transferred to pursue a dream of flying.

I was one of the founding coaches for the Ponte Vedra High School Girls lacrosse team in Florida in 2011. Soon after, I moved to Dallas, TX where I started the high school girls program at McKinney Lacrosse (2012). While there, I committed numerous athletes to continue their lacrosse dreams collegiately. I was also fortunate enough to coach some of the top recruits in the country. Every season, I had at least 4 players make the All State and All District teams as well as several players rostered every year for the Texas State team. In 2015, we won the Texas D2 State Championship!

We then moved to Ohio where, in 2017, as a first year Head Coach, I won the D2 Ohio HS Girls Lacrosse State Championship. I also was voted the 2017 Cincinnati Enquirer Girls Lacrosse Ohio Coach of the Year. Overall, I've helped over 70+ girls lacrosse players commit to play at the next level.

In Spring 2018, I coached at Dartmouth College in Hanover, NH. I currently now live in Frisco, Tx and am coaching and focusing a lot of my attention on the recruitment side of the game. In my spare time, I like to give lessons to help girls find the confidence they need to help make them

Currently the Program Director and Head Coach at Southlake Lady Dragon Lacrosse. 2019 D2 Texas State Champions!
