I am strong at using both hands and demonstrate great strength in my stick work; which has allowed me to benefit many aspects of the field in regards to shooting, assists, being on the draw circle, and transition. My height paired with speed allows me to be a dynamic player and set up my teammates for success on the field. I started playing lacrosse when I was 5 and ever since I have been hooked. When I was younger, I also played soccer, gymnastics, and played violin. When I started playing club lacrosse in elementary school, I learned how lacrosse strengthened me both physically and mentally and at that point I figured out that I definitely wanted to play in college. In my freshman year, I earned a Varsity letter for Cross Country and was one of the top 25 freshman in South Jersey. I also received a Varsity letter in lacrosse and was a starting player. In addition to lacrosse I take academics just as seriously. I am in a competitive, selective STEM program that has allowed me to explore mathematics deeply. During my freshman year, I took the most advanced curriculum at my high school which included all Honors classes and AP World History. On my AP test, I scored a 5 and concluded the year with a 4.32 GPA. During my Sophomore year, I earned my second Varsity letter in Cross Country and helped my team defend the Gloucester County title. I also received an All - Conference Spot. I participated in the Nike Elite 120 Showcase this summer. This year academically, I still continue to challenge myself. I have pursued with a rigorous curriculum in which I take AP Physics, AP U.S History, and all Honors Courses while continuing to take part in the STEM Program. Throughout the entirety of high-school, I will remain on track to take classes such as AP French and AP Calculus BC. I have volunteered with my local animal rescue group to directly save animals through fostering. So far, I have rescued and found new homes for two dogs and plan to continue volunteering my time to ensure more animals are saved. I have played the violin since 5th grade and enjoy spending time practicing music during my free time.
