Recruit Profile
Passion for Lacrosse with a focus on continued learning and increasing impact on team success. 2 Sport Athlete (lax & football)
I started playing lacrosse when I was 7 years old and was the only boy in my class who played here in California. I made the Varsity lacrosse team as a Freshman at St. Ignatius College Preparatory (ranked #2 in West) and this year led the team in scoring before the season was cancelled. In 2018 I was selected to play for the Under Armour All-American Team West which won the tournament title for the first time. The experience was one of the highlights of my athletic career. I am a motivated student with ambitions to challenge myself in college both academically and athletically. This year I have completed honors courses in Physics, History and Spanish. Next year I will take AP Calculus and Spanish with Honors courses in Economics and Constitutional Law. My favorite subjects in school are History and Math. I am a two-sport athlete in high school playing both Lacrosse and Football. Being from California I also enjoy surfing, mountain biking and playing golf. I consistently volunteer at a local homeless shelter in San Francisco were I help prepare food, serve the homeless men and then I get to sit down and eat with them. It is always a powerful experience to hear the stories of those less fortunate and to see their appreciation for what we are providing to them. However since Covid-19 hit in early March, we’ve had to shelter in place, so my family and I have been preparing lunches in our home weekly and then delivering this food to the less fortunate in our community. This experience has taught me a lot about not taking anything for granted as well as the importance of always giving back to your community with both your time and resources.
