Stanford Men’s Lacrosse is proud to welcome Paul Jepsen as the 2018-2019 head coach.

Paul is a 2004 graduate of Duke University where he was a three-year starter on defense and co-captain during his senior year. He led the Blue Devils to consecutive ACC Championship Titles in 2001 and 2002.

Jepsen grew up in Connecticut where he graduated from New Canaan High School and played under Howard Benedict. He garnered All-American honors and was selected as the 2000 Connecticut High School Lacrosse Player of the Year.

Prior to joining the Stanford coaching staff, Jepsen served two years as the Defensive Coordinator at Greenwich H.S. in CT and five years as the Defensive Coordinator at the University of California. Jepsen was also the Head Coach at South Elgin High School boys lacrosse team in Illinois, leading the Storm during their inaugural season in 2012. Prior to his stint at South Elgin, he was an assistant coach in Loyola Academy’s youth lacrosse program.
