Paxton Boyer

Paxton Boyer is in her second season as the Women’s Lacrosse Coach.

She is from Jefferson, Vermont and a graduate of Alderson Broaddus, where she earned a B.S. in Exercise Science with a Concentration in Athletic Training. She also double minored in Strength and Conditioning and Coaching while at AB. She was a member of the lacrosse team during her time at AB.

Paxton served as a Student Assistant Coach for the Women’s Lacrosse team at AB from August 2015 to May 2017. She then became an Assistant Women’s Lacrosse Coach at Davis & Elkins during the 2017-2018 season.

After one season at D&E, Boyer returned to her home state to become the Head Coach of the Women’s Lacrosse team at Southern Vermont College from 2018-2019.

In 2019, Boyer led Southern Vermont College to a 4-10 record, with a trip to the New England College Conference Tournament Semifinals. During this time, she coached two NECC All-Second Team players and two of her players made the NECC All-Tournament Team in 2019.

Paxton returned to her alma mater to become the Head Women’s Lacrosse Coach in June 2019.
