Made my high school Junior Varsity team as a 7th grader and Varsity as a freshman. Earned a starting position on a Suffolk County Championship team and Long Island championship runner up and as a Sophomore I am starting attack and do not leave the field. I have a hard shot, work hard, and can play at any level. Named to the 2022 Freshman to watch list, 2022 Top Freshman list, Long Island Lax Recruits All Rookie team, Under Armour Call Back Long Island Region. Named as the MaxPreps Player of the game twice during the 2022 season and again for the first game of our season in 2023. For Club lacrosse I was on the top team with my original club from elementary school until this past fall, I tried out for two other highly ranked local clubs and made both of their top teams. Because of a family decision I joined the Long Island Yellow Jackets after tryouts had concluded and was placed on a team that had a roster opening.

I have been fortunate to have coached Payton for the past 8 years in multiple venues. Payton has truly played at every position on the lacrosse field having briefly played as a Goalie, defender, multiple years as a Midfielder, and the past two years focused on playing attack. Payton plays aggressively and prides herself on being able to ride or redefend in the attack zone, causing many turnovers for us. As a lefty attacker with a hard shot Payton continuously puts extra work into her shooting and stick work. She was named a Varsity starter as a freshman on her high school team that won a County Championship and a Long Island runner up. She has strong academics as a Scholar Athlete for multiple sports and a high honor roll student.
