Profile
Native of nearby Webster, N.Y., Peter Bell is entering his third full season as offensive coordinator for the Roberts Wesleyan College women’s lacrosse team.

Bell has been surrounded by the game of lacrosse for many years. As a 1986 graduate of Webster Schroeder High School, Bell played eight years of men’s lacrosse. He then directed his focus from boy's to girl's lacrosse to coach his daughter, who has been recruited to play at Central Michigan. Peter coached at Webster Schroeder HS for four years, which the last two were as an assistant varsity coach. Bell also helped start Common Goal Lacrosse Club, a well-known girls' lacrosse club in Rochester, where he served as head coach for 2018 class and currently helping assist at the 2020 level.

“I understood that if I wanted to take my team to the next level I needed to bring in a great offensive mind,” said head coach Kristian Concordia. “Pete has such great knowledge and passion for the game and I knew right away that the team and I would benefit from him being a part of our Roberts family.”

Last season, under Pete, freshman midfielder Emily Tomei earned ECC Rookie of the Year and ECC 2nd Team. He also helped stand-out freshman midfielder Taylor Nathan earn ECC 2nd Team.
In 2017, Pete helped guide two attackers to the top of the ECC in scoring. Cassley Jackowski led the conference in scoring (51 goals) while finishing third in overall points (69) earning herself ECC All-Conference First team; Loren Dunn finished right behind Jackowski in ECC scoring tied for second with 49 goals and earning ECC Second Team.
