A two-year member of the Saints men's lacrosse program, Collins helped guide the Blue and Gold to its first ever South Atlantic Conference Regular Season Championship in 2022.

Prior to Limestone, Collins attended North Carolina State University from 2017-2020 where he was a student assistant for the Wolfpack football program. While at N.C. State he assisted with the linebackers for two seasons under the direction of defensive coordinator Dave Huxtable as well as one season with Tony Gibson. Also, during his time with the Wolfpack, Collins was an assistant coach for the Sanderson High School varsity lacrosse program from 2019-2020.

Collins graduated from N.C. State with a Bachelor of Science in Sport Management and a minor in Coaching before obtaining his Master's in Business Administration from Limestone in 2022.
