Peyton Baldwin
Recruit Profile
As a person and multi-sport athlete, I am intelligent both on and off the field, dependable, disciplined, hard-working, loyal, coachable, a team player, and fast and aggressive.
I have been playing lacrosse since I was in 2nd grade. Throughout my younger years I played mainly midfield because of my speed, athleticism, and cardio abilities. The past three years I have focused more on the defensive end; however, both my travel team and high school team will rotate me into the midfield position periodically. I enjoy playing defense and being able to use my ability to anticipate well, quick feet, and aggressive nature to stop offensive players from penetrating the 8 meter. Not only am I good at man-on-man defense; but I am able to transition to a zone defense. Besides lacrosse, I play on my high school Varsity soccer team and ran indoor track during my freshman year. I am in the top 10% of my class and have participated in Honors and AP courses. I am a member of the National Honor Society, National Honor Art Society, National History Honor Society, Interact Club, and Key Club. I volunteer for Cape Conservation Association, which is an organization in my community that helps rid the low lying areas and the bay from invasive plants.

Peyton is a solid defender with excellent speed and agility. Don't let her size fool you, because she's hardworking, feisty with great vision when anticipating the slide or to intercept a pass. I appreciate her most for her unwavering play at practice and games.
