My name is Peyton Deverso. I am a three year Varsity starter at Big Walnut High school in Sunbury, Ohio. At the close of this spring season I was awarded 2nd Team All-Region, 1st Team All-Conference (Ohio Capital Conference), MaxPreps Athlete of the Week, MVP of the year on offense, All-Ohio Academic Award and Scholar Athlete Award. I have been playing lacrosse for six years. I was 2nd in goals and 2nd in assists with my club team/summer 2019. Since I have been playing lacrosse for quite a while I have learned to develop skills throughout the process that many people look for in a strong player. I have a strong vision for the field and always know how to think a step ahead. As a midfielder/attacker, I am able to find the open girl when needed and determine when the shot is open. In school, I am also very focused. I manage my time well to maintain a 4.0 gpa while taking many honors courses, CCP, and AP courses. I have the ambition to succeed not only academically and but athletically with lacrosse in my future.
