Quincy Wilkins enters her first season as the Elms College Womens Lacrosse Head Coach in November 2020.

Wilkins recently finished her first season as the Anna Maria College Women's Lacrosse Head Coach. She directed the AMCATS to a 2-1 start and a two-game winning streak before the suspension of the season due to COVID-19. This was the program's first win since 2012.

During her time with Anna Maria, Wilkins led the program to most goals scored in three games (35). She also led the program in the least amount of goals scored against in three games (34). Ashley Rufo, a tri-sport rising junior, was also featured in the GNAC Weekly Honor Roll.

In addition to Wilkins' duties at Anna Maria, she helped coach part-time for Central Laxachusetts, an off-shoot of Boston Laxachusetts one of the premier club programs in New England.

Prior to Anna Maria, Wilkins was an Assistant Coach at King's College located in Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania from 2017-2019. Wilkins worked with both the offense and goalies while helping to bring the Monarchs to their second streak appearance in the MAC Freedom Tournament. She also assisted in Kings Womens Lacrosse Clinics and Prospect Days as the offensive coordinator.

During her time at King's College, Wilkins also graduated with a Masters in Education with a focus on Curriculum and Instruction.

Wilkins graduated from Assumption College in 2017 with a Bachelors degree in Human Services and Rehabilitation.

Wilkins was a four-year letter winner for the Assumption College Women's Lacrosse team. She concluded her career playing in 56 games and tallying 85 points on 44 goals and 41assists with 31 ground balls, 19 draws, and 18 caused turnovers.

As a 2013 graduate at Minnechaug Regional High School, she was a three-time All-Conference selection for the varsity girls lacrosse team. She was a Division 1 Western Massachusetts Lacrosse All-Star, along with being the all-time Assist Leader. She concluded her high school career with 320 points on 105 goals and 215 assists. She was also a member of both the Lax Plus Lacrosse Club and Western Mass All-Stars.
