This is my fourth year coaching Rachael. It has been gratifying to work with her over the years because of the steady improvements she has made. Rachael is very driven to play better, works hard and has an excellent attitude. Everyone on our coaching staff has very much enjoyed working with her. Rachael is a very good goalkeeper and performs well in all aspects of the game. She is a quick, athletic, aggressive goalie with strong goal tending skills who is well liked and respected by her teammates. Rachael has great hand-eye coordination and excellent footwork which helps her excel inside the goal circle. She makes smart decisions with her clearing options and has a strong, accurate pass. Rachael has good stick skills and protects the ball well when she is out of the goal circle. She is a vocal and reliable communicator and does a good job of running the defensive end of the field. I highly recommend Rachael as a strong addition to any competitive lacrosse team.

Rachael works extremely hard and is dedicated to improving every workout. Her hand-eye coordination is fantastic and she continues to improve on her footwork and speed to increase her save percentage. In play she helps lead her teams’ defense and communicates effectively to make important plays.
