I started playing lacrosse my freshman year. At the end of the season I had the most ground balls on the JV team. I also just started playing with True Lacrosse as well. Going into my sophomore year, I was voted JV captain, and my coach said that I would be called up to play with varsity every game. Sadly we did get to play our season due to COVID-19. Because our season was cancelled, I decided I wanted to set a goal for myself to workout and run everyday because in the past I never enjoyed working out on my own. In early August, I ran my fastest mile ever at a time of 6:35. I still have lots to learn about lacrosse but I am open to new ideas and willing to work hard to learn new skills. I also play volleyball in the fall. I just switched my position this year because we were in need of a setter. I love helping my team out in anyway possible. I skipped a grade in math which puts me in AP Calc AB. I am also taking AP U.S. History and AP Language. I also have taken three years of Spanish. I love making art, especially using clay. I am taking Ceramics 3 this year. I am also very involved with my church. I attend Youth Ministry every Sunday night and a girl's Bible study on Wednesdays. One of my favorite church activities is attending mission trips with my Youth Ministry. We have gone to Steubenville, Ohio; Houston, Texas; and Woonsocket, Rhode Island.
